In order to ensure clarity and avoid disappointment, please make sure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking.

PRICES
Bed & Breakfast or Dinner, Bed & Breakfast prices are quoted per person per night unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice although confirmed reservations will remain at the quoted price.

DEPOSITS
Reservations will only be confirmed and held once the completed Booking Form is received together with a deposit of £45.00 per person. Deposits can be paid by UK Postal Order, UK Bank Guaranteed Cheque or by Credit/Debit Card. No booking can be confirmed until the deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, unless the room can be re-let. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
Cancellation within 2 weeks of stay: 50% of the full deposit amount will be non-refundable
Cancellation within 5 days or less of stay: The full amount will be non-refundable

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you obtain personal travel insurance to avoid disappointment should your holiday plans change in any way and you need to cancel your booking.

The following methods of payment can be accepted:
Cash Payments: UK Pound Sterling
Cheque Payments: UK Pound Sterling Cheques with appropriate Guarantee Card only
Debit Card Payments*: Maestro / Solo / Visa Delta / Visa Electron
Credit Card Payments*: MasterCard Credit / MasterCard World / Visa Credit / Commercial / JCB /

CARD PAYMENT SURCHARGE * (FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 5 DAYS)
Please note that due to bank charges, a surcharge of 1% of the total transaction value will be applied to all Debit Card payments and a surcharge of 2.5% of the total transaction value will be applied to all Credit Card payments for stays longer than 5 days.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-In Time: Any time between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Please advise if you will be arriving later than 6:00 pm.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 am

SMOKING POLICY
Dalnaspidal Guest House is a non-smoking establishment and has a no smoking policy throughout. You are, however, free to smoke in the grounds but please do not throw your stubs in the garden.

PETS
We are unable to accommodate any pets (except seeing eye dogs). We could, however, make arrangements for your pet in the local kennel/cattery if preferred.

DINNER
If you are not on the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Package and would like dinner, please advise us by no later than 8:00 pm the evening before. Any Dinners that are reserved and then cancelled on the day will need to be paid for.

“ON THE GO” MEALS
If you haven’t already done so at the time of booking and would like an “On the Go” Meal, please advise us by no later than 6:00 pm the evening before. Any “On the Go” Meals that have been reserved and then cancelled on the day will need to be paid for.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us of any dietary or other special requirements that you may have at the time of booking so that we can do our best to meet your needs.

CHILDREN
We are unable to cater for children under 12 years of age. Please note that children will be charged at the full rate.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE
We cannot accept any liability for personal injury or damage to goods while staying at Dalnaspidal Guest House.
